Ordered exhaust on November 26th 2021 with ETA of Jan 7th 2022 from x-ph.com. Now Dinan has ETA of 3/30/22 on their website. 4 months is longer than it took to order my car and have it shipped from Germany to USA,Pa. What really sucks is that they already charged me for a product not even shipped yet.

Well boys, today was the day.

I woke up this morning and decided I was getting off this roller coaster. Dinan was more than happy to refund if anyone else wants to follow suit.

Hopefully you guys can hang in there longer than I did. I'm either going to stick with my AWE and get the resonated sections or go back to stock.

I never quite understood what you didn’t like about the AWE exhaust though. It’s perfect.

Aside from the cold start, it’s not too intensely loud if you’re not getting on the throttle. Perhaps I haven’t heard it yet from the outside, have you?

Way too loud. Whether I'm going 5 miles an hour or 50 miles an hour. WOT or toe tapping- I don't see how resonators are going to work in place of an exhaust flap

I just want a realistic answer on when we can expect them to ship and then i wouldn't mind waiting.

Glad to hear you like your exhaust...I was thinking about the same one...I have CTS cold air intake and Evolution Raceworks catted DP.. and have been waiting 2 months now for Dinan...just was told another 2 months...not going down that road again...in 2 months they will say...another 2 months...canceling Monday...

I wish that were an option, as it would make customers happier.

But we are not allowed by the card merchant to charge a card after 30 days, and even then, we have to get the approval of the customer.

So if we cannot get ahold of the customer, we would need to decide whether to keep the product on hold for them or sell it to someone else.

This puts us in a worse situation on whether to wait for the customer or sell the product to someone else waiting.

Going to have exhaust installed with bootmod3 stage2 93 octane map and put on dyno at local shop. The downpipe and intake make it sound pretty good until then...I will post video and sound once complete...

Quick update --- Black tipped systems started shipping out again this morning after another minor delay I won't bother getting into (wouldn't believe me nor would most of you care at this point anyway). About half of the current backorder list will be shipped between now and early next week. The balance of the backorder has a build order in the shop but I do not have a good handle on ETA and where those are in the welding queue. Once I know something more concrete I will update.

Polished tips systems are still waiting on tips to arrive. In theory, thats early February so hopefully those couple systems will be put in the queue / built and shipped shortly thereafter. Fingers crossed.
