If you mean KOMBI2 CAFD is not mapped. you need E-Sys Launcher PRO 3.x (which also is not updated to latest) or E-SysX and these can only be obtained from the developers direct. And since TokenMaster is missing, that leaves only E-SysX:

I already got most probably an outdated version that doesn't show me names in the FDL-Editor.
