No some are still built at the Munich plant for the Canadian market.One of the three i test drove back in November was a Munich build and it just had the regular M340i options.If you order an individual color or select the leather dash then it will definitely be built at Munich for the Canadian market.They don’t offer the full individual program at the Mexican plant and the leather dash option.As i said in my other message the carbon fiber roof option for the M340i was removed from all markets this year.

Ordered today 12/13/2023 for hopefully a mid March delivery living in Upstate NY. Ordered the staggered setup with summer tires for the 255s in rear. Fall comes I will switch to the Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 which I have been running for about 10 years on my E91. No fan of run flats. Going to be a long winter wait.

My car was RFT from 11/8 to 11/28, however, my car was loaded onto a ship on 11/26. The tracker is a little behind. Also, this stage in the tracker feels very stagnant because every step from RFT to in transit is skipped. My car never went into waiting for carrier assignment or at the port.

Hopefully you can get on a boat soon.

My car changed to at the port on the 21st, and it's at the dealership today. Ready for pickup on Tuesday, but I unfortunately wont be able to pick it up until the end of the week.

So close, very exciting! Hope to see others chiming in soon with their new cars as well.

So ive picked up my car on the 21 Dec and for this being my first BMW. I’m in love with this car with how smooth an effortless it is. picked it up with 80km on it now at 296km so i haven’t been around in it much but speaking from rn it’s great. my only little complaint is since i’m in Alberta the roads aren’t the greatest so i feel most bumbs on the road but you take your time an be careful an should be good. Just an awesome car. Hope everyone has just as much fun as i’m having plus some an wishing everyone a safe delivery of their car an safe travels in the new year.

Status just changed to "at the port" this morning, so it did the same as yours with no update between RFT and ATP. Mine spent 28 days in RFT status. I assume ATP means at the port here in the US (Brunswick I guess) or does it mean at the port in Mexico (Veracruz)?

My 2024 M340i xDrive order changed to At the Port this morning! It is aboard the Glovis Sun that departed on 12/24 and should arrive in Bayonne, NJ on 1/10.

Here is my timeline so far:

11/24: Exterior Body Assembly Begins
11/24: In the Paint Booth
11/24: Entering Assembly Line
11/27: Assembly in Progress

Call BMW genius and they can give you more info. Following everyone's timelines recently, I'd say you're at the port in Mexico. It should switch to in transit soon.

Thanks...yes, it appears it means at the port in Mexico. It switched to in transit already today too. Talked to genius line -- car was loaded onto the Glovis Sun on 12/24 and is due into Brunswick on 01/06.

Glovis Sun ported in Brunswick last night. Our M340i was offloaded early this morning and is at the VPC. It's due to leave there to head toward the dealership on 1/11.

Note: once the car is at the port here in the USA, the online tracker reverts to "at the port" from "in transit" to indicate it's now at the USA port. Considering how cheap/easy it would be to properly fix this tracker, it's bizarre it works that way. Apparently it will once again say "in transit" once it leaves the VPC.

Well, unloaded early on the 8th at Brunswick, left there yesterday afternoon and is now indicated "at the dealership" here in Greenville, SC at 2pm on the 10th! It's here apparently...checking into details of delivery now.

When I asked dealers about having MPE port installed on a new order, they said MPE is currently not available for factory builds but can be done at dealership. I'm not sure if they misunderstood that factory build is separate from port install? They also mention there may be shortage of MPE? Is this true? Or is this a way for dealerships to rip me off.

(in fact it was loaded onto the Glovis Sun in Veracruz on 12/24, so 23 days from RFT to loading on the ship -- the BMW website tracking isn't updated properly, so don't depend on it)
Also note that the tracker will go from "At the port" to "In Transit" to then backing up to "At the port" and "In Transit" again reflecting port exit from Mexico, on the boat, port entry in USA, on the way to dealership.
01/08 - Arrived at Brunswick GA port
01/10 - Arrived at Century BMW Greenville SC (excellent dealership, outstanding client adviser Matt Richards)
01/11 - Delivered!

So two months and one day from production number received until delivery.
