Not so sure about that. The grille is still pretty polarizing, and BMW cannot afford to eff up the 3 series. So, possibly something more conservative, like the new 5?

New 5 series didn’t get them. What makes you think the normal 3 series will? It’s already gotten its LCI refresh. I doubt it will be changed again dramatically… unless you know something the rest of us mere mortals don’t.

‘22 M440i xDrive GC owner here.
It’s hard to say exactly why your test vehicles felt so different but I can assure you that the xDrive GC is just as explosive as its 2-door sibling since they both share the same power/drivetrain. The GC has slightly different midpipes which could theoretically affect the exhaust note as well as added rear chassis stabilization which could affect the feel. |

Per Car & Driver, 4 coupe is a hair faster through all its paces:
https://www.caranddriver.com/bmw/4-series https://www.caranddriver.com/bmw/4-s...ran-coupe-2022 The gear ratios appear to be the same, so it's likely attributable to the 300 lb difference (GC being the heavier one).

Too bad you are not in Chicago. I would let you take my 24 G26 for a spin. Fully broken in so you could the full experience.

My G26 sports the JB4, Dinan CAI and turbo inlet along with a BMS charge pipe and CTS Turbo downpipe. What sort of results are you curious about?

Well, what did you experience after the mods were done? Significant improvement in power? Better sounding exhaust etc etc? Would you say it was a dramatic improvement over stock? What map are u using with the JB4? I prefer to stick with 91 octane. Thanks!!
