Guess you sorted this out buy now? I have had mine 330e LCI for a year and can tell it is only possible to charge up to 25% battery level while driving if Battery Hold is pressed, you cannot increase or change the target percentage. It will not go above 25% (from an empty battery status).
If you start with a more full battery you can press Battery Hold to save the battery at that level until you release it. I asked my BMW dealer about this when I have had my car for some weeks and they said BMW changed this 2022-2023, earlier it was possible to charge up to 80% while driving. So does anybody know how to crack this with Bimmercode?😊 Should be a adjustable 25% setting somewhere… My brother got his new 530e last week and I was jealous to see that he could change the percentage up to 100%… |

They must have. Go to Car --> Settings --> Driving Mode --> Battery Control

From my experience the fastest way the charge a LCI Hybrid, is to put the gearbox in S (mode doesn't matter).
I haven't seen it go above 25%, but charging from 0 to 25% was fast, you can also clearly see it charging when looking at the fluel consumption stats. |
