I believe MF went down this month, it is an estimate based on calculating it using bmwusa's website for Lease offers, and last time I didn't calculate it right - so I can't be 100% positive, but I think it dropped to ~0.00128.
The lease offer page on bmwusa for a 2020 M340i xDrive Washington DC shows: $539/month with $1000 Loyalty / Conquest Certificate and $1000 Lease credit (does not show $2000 Loyalty, but this is assumed), adjusted cap cost of $50,954, MSRP of $58,245 residual of $35,529. Using this calculator, which calculates the MF from the MSRP, cost per month, Net Cap Cost, # of months and Residual Value is how I got the estimate MF of ~0.00128. Residual of 61% is posted on the first page and same. http://www.ridewithg.com/lease-residual-mf-calculator/ If I'm calculating it correctly (no promises) - with the same $3000 Loyalty and Lease Cash incentives, it should be better than July/August numbers for the M340i. I did confirm with my CA who said the MF dropped but did not tell me what it dropped to, and said he was still checking on the incentives - but based on the update to the first page it should still be $3000 for Loyalty + Lease Cash. I'm pretty confident this is correct - I just plugged the #s into a Leasehackr Calculator to see if I end up with the same $539 per month figure and it is the same: https://leasehackr.com/calculator?ma...Tax_radio=true EDIT-My CA confirmed a drop in MF and the same incentives as July/August ($3000 for me, $2000 loyalty + $1000 lease cash) - but incentives are different depending on where you live. He wouldn't say what the new MF is, but based on my above calculations, I think 0.00128 is accurate for Sept 2019 Last edited by Liquid_Ice; 09-04-2019 at 06:57 PM.. |

so $3k in incentives on the m340 (loyalty plus lease cash), 60% RV on 36/12, and MF of 0.00128?
Might be a great time to place an order! |

Agreed.
These incentives are applicable to when your car is delivered, correct? I'd need to order since nobody stocks rwd, never mind a completely loaded one.

You can also check with your dealer to see if there are any unsold inbound cars going to another dealer that matches what you're looking for and see if that dealer is willing to swap cars/allocations. It's usually pretty easy to do and they can change the destination dealer while the car is still on the boat.

Then if the numbers are better when you take delivery of the car, you can take the numbers available for that month when you sign. |

This does not look very good. I've seen numerous 10%+ off MSRP and then rebates/incentives. Also, best practice is to avoid down payment (cap cost adjustment). Lastly, ensure that you are getting the 'buy rate' which I believe is .00128 in September. Good luck!

Do the 10%+ off MSRP and rebates/incentives apply for purchasing or lease only?
Thinking of getting a loaner 4k mi 330i for approx 40k, has: convenience pack, LCP. How much do you guys think it's worth, or would you go ahead and purchase brand new? I configured one for $50k, with 10%+ off, and another 2k in loyalty incentive, that would mean I should only pay $43k + Tax and Reg right? Seems like it would be a better deal to shell out the extra $3k and purchase brand new than to buy a "used" car. 1 more thing.. I got a quote from my local credit union (socal), dealer is asking if I could finance with BMWFS, do you think the rates will be better and worth applying for? |
