Yep! My car got to the port on the 5th and went through the VPC the same day and is with the carrier right now. ETA according to Genius line is the 13th, but my dealer says the 14th. Regardless, I should be cruising in my new ride this weekend

Anyone waiting for the August 24th ship receive an update? My car is still ready for transport and hasn't been updated for 2 weeks+. I was hoping it would at least move to awaiting carrier assignment or at port if it was to actually be shipped tomorrow.

It's the same for me. I think for some reason, the updates for the Mexico built vehicles are too slow and not exactly right. I pretty much think our cars are at the port. Hopefully it gets into the Phoenix leader.

Yeah, it definitely looks like it's slow to update. I emailed genius and got a response this morning saying that the car was actually in transit to the port on Aug 13 and that they don't have any vessel information until it ships. I hope we got on it today!

I agree the site update is slow. Our 330e build is stuck in “Final Assembly” for over week. Other updates up to Final Assembly have moved multiple steps in one update. I guess I need to call the genius line to get more updates.

on bmw site my m340i shows final assembly since 8/20 but today i called automated genius line and the car is ready for transport

6/23 - Order placed
6/23 - Production Begins
7/14 - Exterior Assembly
7/14 - Paint Booth
7/14 - Entering Assembly Line
7/15 - Assembly In Progress

7/15 - Final Assembly(Ready for Transport according to Genius)

I just called and confirmed the automated phone stated it is “ready for transport”. For the all technology available, you would think they should match status. Good to know it is still moving along.

Same for me. Just called and car is now ready for transport. Listed as final assembly on website. They couldn't give any estimated delivery time frame.

I believe that the best possible update we can get from bmw genius is through a phone call. They give the exact update. For me, the automated voice said my vehicle is "ready for transport" but when i spoke to the agent, he said it was on the way to the port.

Also does anybody have the image of the car in the website or does it just show "image not available"?

Mine is ready for transport. Still says no image available.

since both our cars are ready for transport and going to the east coast I would assume we will be on the same ship.. I checked with genius this morning and car has been released but doesnt have a carrier assignment yet.

My car is on the Horizon Leader which is currently moored in Baltimore offloading cars. My car's POA is NY/NJ hopefully in 2 days.

Lol... yes, I'm in FL however I'm doing the PCD in SC. I don't think my car is on a ship yet though. I didn't call today but yesterday it was still waiting.
