making my 330i M Sport suspension "softer"... Please help

Hi. My 2023 330i M Sport comes with the M Sport suspension without adaptive suspension. It has run flat tires: 225 40 19 (front) and 255 35 19 (rear). I've had hard suspension cars before, like my 2022 Mini Cooper S five-door, but the suspension on this 330i is really on another level. I can really feel any road imperfection like constant bumps and hits and I fear that could cause in the mid-long term any kind of damage to my back. I'm 50 years old and my former car was a GLE COUPE but being that as a family car we have a LR Defender, I wanted to try something more sportier and bought the 330i which is a wonderful driving machine. But, what fun could it be if it ends hurting my back and making a health problem?
I would like to know if these possible solutions might work: 1) Keep the wheels and keep the same tire size but without run flat tire and instead buy "standard" tires? 2) Get 18" wheels (e.g. S1R3A) with "standard" tires at 225 45 18 / 255 40 18? Do you think by going option 1) or even better, option 2) I would get a notorious improvement on ride comfort and thus reducing such vibrations that goes to my back?
The dealer is also giving me the option, only paying the difference, to get an ix 40 (I know totally different machine)
I am at loss, please help! Thank you very much!

Not sure if it’s much help, but i use 18” non RFT winter tires (pirelli sotozerro) and while it is a little softer, it still can be a pretty jarring ride on my non adaptive m sport suspension. I don’t notice a huge difference compared to the 19” RFT, honestly.

There are a couple of threads on this same subject running at present

Users have tried the wheel & tire options, but not enough to get comfort.
Base (not sport) suspension seems to be a solution.
