First time BMW owner
Finally took the leap and bought my first BMW, a 2020 330e M sport.
I was wondering if there was any good tips and advice for it ? Id like to get the most experience out of the car i can. Any suggestions are helpful from anything i can subscribe to in the BMW app to anything you can think of. Thanks |

Honestly, just enjoy it in whatever way you can. My 2023 330i that I got almost a year ago brand new is my first bmw as well and I'm having so much fun by just enjoying it. Mods may make the experience even better, but take your time with it and seriously, just enjoy the car. Don't worry too much and just take proper care and maintenance! Congrats!

Autocross is a time trial between cones. Usually on a very large parking lot, or airfield. (The white 330e was me. I added some pictures of the competition as well).

We also have track days over here. They’re indeed not cheap. Last time I did a track day, it was on Laguna Seca (not with my 330e). If I recall correctly the insurance for that day alone was already $300.)

Congrats on the car. Post pics when you can. What do you want to do with car? Are you into modding? You can add aero mods like front lip spoiler and trunk spoiler. Window tint and wheel spacers are also suggestions. Check out the coding section too. These cars are blank canvasses.

Nice car and welcome! This is currently my 4th BMW.
BMWs like their maintenance. Stay on top of it and don't be afraid to do extra, especially as the miles rack up. While it often causes arguments here on the forum, and I understand their point, I still do in-between oil changes at about 5-6k after the scheduled ones and always will. As other's have suggested look into coding. It's a simple app and you can do some nice customizations. |
