M340i CF rear diffuser installation

Hi guys/gals,
So I waited 2
Months for this diffuser to come in from AA Concept, after removing the OEM one, I came to realize that this one might not fit or I would have to remove the whole rear bumper. Any tips or advice? TIA

Recommended bumper removal. There might not be any other way
