Tow hook license plate mount?

Does anyone know if these are available for the M340i w/sensors?

My "go to" shop has not replied to my email query and I'll be damned if anyone at the dealership is going to take a drill to my baby when it arrives.

Still calling around, and if I hear something I will update the thread.

Just contact the manufacturers. I would get in touch with US Mill Works directly. www.usmillworks.com

i have one of these for an f30. and it would set off the park distance control sensors right near the tow hook hole. I hope they have figured out a way around that

Spoke to my CA he said they would set off sensor. Suggested I put tape over sensor. I ordered the toe hook license plate mount anyway. Will probably remove front plate.

I had one on my F82 briefly and I was able to adjust it without setting off the parking sensors.

I used their product on my F30 in the past and it was fine. I reached out to them 2 weeks ago, they have yet to respond - they are notoriously bad at email. No "Enter" key on their keyboards....

I am guessing that I can reposition the mount plate in a way that will make it work once I know what the position of the sensors is relative to the tow hook.

Unless they add multiple sensors spaced 6 inches apart....

In either case I have been clear with my CA, NO FRONT PLATE!

USMillworks had a great rig which was perfect on my F30 (2014 335i MSport w/PDC). If you got the wrong model then it wouldn't mount in the same position and would not have been fun.

I found a universal one on Amazon. The F30 ones will work on the G20, at least the tow hook is the same.

You want to beware and find one where you can screw the bracket as far to the left side of the car as possible, otherwise your front sensors will be blocked and it will trigger every time light shines on the plate, reflected onto the sensor. So, preferably one with plenty of holes on the bracket piece.

If you want to see pictures, go visit my IG account. (g20beam)

If you live in a State that requires a front plate then why the hesitation to drill the holes? They already drilled holes in the back?

US Millworks towhook license plate mount won’t fit - which one will?

I tried to use a kit for the G20 from US Millworks, as their quality is awesome and I used to have one before. Unfortunately, on the G20 the towhook bolt is too short to clear the bumper fascia.

Has anyone found a license plate mount for the M340 that fits?

I purchased the Rennline bracket for my M Sport and it clears but interferes with the parking sensors. I've disabled the sensors from automatically activating so that it doesn't beep while driving but it's still a bit of a pain

I have mounted this one , fairly simple to do but i’ve yet been able to adjust it so that it doesn’t trip the PDC

not a tow hook bracket but this would work and what I am considering as I see no other viable options. If anyone else has any idea on how to solve this dilemma the info would be highly appreciated.

Figured it out , ended up having to go with a Sly Bracket , Folded the license plate as well to reduce the width on it.

Tow hook mounted brackets will not work if you have PDC.
