My old man had a couple of 75's, and I found it surprisingly easy (in 2014) to get his private plate made up in the required shape for the rear, but it's amazing how many 75's I see with the standard shape rear plate.

Bizarrely today would have been his birthday, but he joined the Rover 75 rear plate afterlife in 2015 and the old lady wrote it off in 2018 (and there was much rejoicing). 😉

It was after the Rover P6 I guess but those oddly-shaped infill plates on the 75 looked wrong to my eyes.

Think it was the hideous looking S Type that had a similar style plate.
