Noisy belt?

Here is a video I took right before I changed my oil. The sound is a bit amplified due to me being in an enclosed area and open hood.

Is this kind of rattle sound normal? I recently brought my car in to the dealership for the issue of not being able to read oil level. So they fixed that but I feel like if they ever turned the car on and looked under the hood they would have heard this noise (assuming that it’s abnormal). The car sounds pretty normal when the hood is down and i’m driving, but it sounds relatively bad when I open the hood and listen closely.

I really appreciate all the help and advice!

You’re not alone thinking that the noise levels are unusual. However, it’s definitely normal. Exactly the same as mine and others I’ve seen in person (at the dealership) and posted online.

Nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the response! I’m glad it’s something that’s normal….
