I'd be relatively concerned. It's spreading through Europe now due to an outbreak in Italy. Data throughout this week will paint a better picture.

Yea that's what I figured. Reports have been increasing a lot in Italy and it's only a matter of time before all of Europe has confirmed cases. Thanks

I agree with being concerned. The reported cases are from the people who know they have it, and have reported it. My guess is there are a lot more people who have it and aren't reporting it, or don't know they have it yet.

People are also inconsiderate assholes, so many will just spread things because they won't take the necessary precautions to not infect others.

Yeah, It's already spread to Germany and France. Hence the hesitation surrounding your trip. https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/

my wife works in infection control and said this is the best article she's read so far outlining the real dangers of coronavirus: https://medium.com/@amwren/forget-ab...s-890fbf9c4de6

yes...it requires a log in :-/ but definitely worth a read.

bottom-line: it's already here (pretty much everywhere in the US), there's really nothing we can do to stop it, but for just about everyone under 80 years old it will be no worse than the flu...and probably even milder.

Thank you, finally someone that has done some research other than watching the doom and gloom the news pushes out.

What people should do to avoid it is all rush to Costco to buy water and tp because they are gonna shut off the water in your house and trees can catch it so wiping your butt will cause the infection

Lol! Great prediction.

Yeah, I don't get the whole rush on TP. I guess they think it causes explosive diarrhea?

It's weird how we jump from one thing to the next to be scared of that's all trumps fault. Its almost like there is a part of the population that doesnt care about reality only shifting perception to blame everything on one person regardless of how bad it is for the american people or the world. Hmm strange.

In the United States that drug is being used for political reasons. Especially with our media. They ran a report on every major media source in the United States that people were overdosing on it I am filling up one particular hospital as a result. Turned out it not only wasn’t true but the doctor who reported it didn’t even work at the hospital he claimed it was happening at and the entire story was a fabricated lie. But that didn’t stop by our major news networks from reporting it. Most of them didn’t retract their original report either. It’s a shame.

Anyway why not take it? I can’t hurt you and it has been known to help people with COVID-19. From what I understand the earlier you take it during the onset of the virus the better results you can have.

Pfizer is currently working on an oral tablet that may slow down or prevent cases of COVID. Something like Ivermectin would cost them billions so there is a massive campaign to stop its use. Many physicians are finally writing prescriptions for it now because what they have been doing is not working on the Delta variant. I have seen it work on multiple occasions and there are a lot of articles that show its effectiveness. The NIH panel said there wasn't enough evidence to support its use but on their own website, they have an article that covers 18 randomized trials that show it can work.
