A lot of beta testers are feeling a bit lackluster about the game now. It's fun, but it isn't really much of anything different at its core.

I doubt i'll pre-order. I'll probably just get the digital download. And the CE sounds cool, but when you realise you are only ever going to be in a game with a MAX of 3 other poeple, it suddenly seems a lot less cool. And I don't need more useless shit on my desk.

I won't be buying this more than likely. 10+ years to make a sequel is ridiculous! I no longer have time to do magic find runs

I think Blizzard will be shocked at how bad the sales will be.

Sure, there's a lot of hype, but IMO people who played D2:LOD back in the day are mostly older now and don't play games as much as they used to and, like the poster above me, can't justify the purchase of a new game that they won't play so much.

I still play games though so I will be buying it

I probably won't get a CE or anything special though.

Oh man 2001 was some good times! My dueler was a WW Iceblink barb with a 400 damage spear. He was unstoppable!

Once D:III comes out, you won't see me much on Forza 4, might give you a chance to beat my rival times

I was USEast HC and SC, HC dueling was too much for me

I'm in the beta. It's first level,1 hour of the game. With no private disclosure why would blizzard want anything else shown. It feels nothing like D2. Giving that classes actually play a role and your skill selection actually matters in a boss fight or clear on higher difficulties. There's legit CC,Healing,Fears,Tactical Skills,Strategy etc...D2 was max your dmg and thats it. Only thing that may hurt Diablo 3 is the drop of PC gamers. Blizzard will not disappoint.

I was like 12 playing d2, fulfilling the role of immature gamer who shit talked all day.

Invested TONS of time in D2 and had bots magic finding around the clock.

Was pretty damn geared with HOTO, Shaco cap, enigma.. etc (nostalgia anyone?)

Hammerdin Pally was my main..

Needless to say, I'm beyond excited.

I was so in love with D2 that I even loaded it up on single player and played through the whole game while I was deployed in Iraq. That was a great game. I played a trapsin through that time.

I will definitely enjoy D3. By then should be complete with my WoW gear set too (should have heroic DS complete this week), so I'll have a lot of time to play D3!

What's the best graphics card for this game? I might get it. Don't need anything major, but just enough for reasonable graphics without lag/freezing.

Pshhh try many accounts full of uber geared out characters, but so is the cycle of life. It was fun to restart from stratch, hence the reason I always played ladder when that started. Now only if I can prevent myself from using D2JSP for D3.....will probably make it more fun.

I've already got the game purchased thanks to that WoW subscription so I probably won't be getting the CE.

I've had the closed beta for a few weeks now and its pretty boring at this point without the ability to level past 13 and craft better stuff that you can actually use. It needs to be May 15th already!
