It's an improvement over stock (based on the butt dyno). Mine is an enclosed box design, similar to the stock box. I wouldn't recommend the cheaper open style air intakes.

The runs were done on same day but they are not back to back because from stock map and old intake to stage 2 tune and old intake has a short pause for flashing and then from old intake to eventuri intake there is at least an hour of break due to the installation process

Nevertheless for each setting, we did several runs and picked the best. For eventuri intake it was consistently making between 455-460 whp. For old intake on stage 2 tune was making between 430-440 who.

And the hood is kept opened throughout the run.

Reviving this old thread to see if anyone has found new info on performance benefits of the eventuri intake?

(For G-series) Why not just add a panelfilter (e.g BMC, KN) in the stock box for anyone seeking that few HP more?
That would also be the appropriate dyno comparison to any CAI? I assume itīs the OEM paper filter which probably is the minor restriction in the OEM system and not the box itself.

Except that the same size panel filter that is just a less restrictive filter will let in more dirt. Hopefully a larger size filter with the same density filter as OEM would let in more air?

BMC drop in filter, upgraded inlet, intake arm, scoop > all these hot air intakes on the market. Ex Armaspeed owner here.
