Texas wants sales tax up front on the full cost. MF is .00145 right now and there is a $2k rebate. If you currently own a BMW, there is another $1k incentive as well. I am debating between buying and leasing when my car comes in.

I got 0 off MSRP from BMW Woodlands on a lease, only received a 1000 dealer credit. Sales tax does sting, but it doesn't need to be paid upfront. Can be rolled into your monthly. Bad deal but I was pressed for time and didn't have the luxury of shopping around. Read my review if you haven't already.

I just leased a 2020 M4 from BMW of Dallas. There was a lot of back and forth but I think I got a pretty good deal. $1,179 down (includes 1st payment), $850 a month on $82k MSRP. 36/10k.
I would highly recommend using a broker. They have contacts that can help you get the best deal. If you want the name of one PM me. |

You should really shop around. I got $6k off, plus incentives of $4500, for a total of $10,500 off on a purchase. The lease would have been $6k off plus $3250 in rebates, MF of .00165. This was in late July, I bought from a dealer in Austin.

I'm probably gonna go this route in the future if I can find what I want. Got really lucky this time, not sure that would happen again. BMW North Austin - Troy Massey was the SR - great representation of BMW brand |

Dealers know the 340 is a hot commodity right now. My suggestion is you work out a payment you’re comfortable with and aim for that. Use a lease calculator to figure that out. If you need more details on how to do this, please ask. |
