I have a 2021 BMW 430i. I recently tried replacing the front grille with a black one, and long story short it wouldn't fit properly because the front camera isn't long enough. The best option I have right now is to increase the length of the front camera by soldering on more wire. However, I'm very concerned due to the fact that it's a newer model so the wires might be complicated. I know nothing about the kind of technology that is in the wires attached to the front camera. Does anybody have any information regarding this or any advice for me?
