Harman Kardon wattage decreased from the F30 to the G20

The Harman Kardon systems for the 5 and X1 series now have 205w and 12 speakers btw.

Correct, BMW re-introduced the "cheap" HK system known from previous 1 and 2-series plus Mini's. It goes under the option 674 as it did in the past and it utilizes the same RAM as the 676 Hifi BMW's do.

I’m guessing it’s because HK is now the base system in the next-gen BMWs, replacing the traditional Hi-Fi non-branded units. Seems like B&W will now make both the mid-tier and top-tier (Diamond) units.
