I am also starting to get a cold start rattle on the right side.

I've had mine installed for about a year now and it's worth the wait. Rattle is nowhere near as bad as what the rattle my MPE had on my 335

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe you were one of the early adopters so did you ever get the revised valve bracket? If you did not I would encourage you to reach out to the technical support team so that can be dealt with.

Yes, they were prompt. It wasn't an issue which couldn't be fixed in install. Just a minor hiccup.

Intake can technically move over but you would need to eliminate the stock brace on the passenger side to do so. An M440i specific system (lid) is in the works for those with braces (stock or otherwise).

The exhaust has never been tested on a vert but if its like the previous generations it would not be a direct swap over as the vert typically has additional braces to contend with that alter pipe routing.

Thanks for the quick response....I did see some reviews of the convertible that mentioned additional bracing at the rear....if the exhaust did indeed fit, would there be any warranty issues?

From Dinan or BMW? On Dinan's end we wouldnt cover anything until fitment has been verified. On BMW's side of things they wouldn't cover anything related to the exhaust system after the CAT's but that would also no longer be any of their product at that poitn anyway. Nothing else would be affected unless piping is rubbing somewhere it is not supposed to be hence the need to verify fitment on our side before we would cover the application.

I called them last week regarding my order and they're understandably slammed on their backorder queue. Supplier setbacks haven't helped either. Their advice was to hang in there, so I'm passing that along.

+1 unfortunately delays are becoming a normal thing in 2020 and 2021 (not just with Dinan)

Traded my M340i last week and dealership will try and sell with Dinan exhaust and intake but may return to stock and return equipment to me....in that case I will offer for sale with roughly 2,000 miles on it as it will not fit on my new M440i convertible....

You are first in line....I'm in Baltimore but originally from Brooklyn....the car was just listed for sale by the dealer so I imagine it will be a few weeks unless someone jumps on it....

A new order would probably be around halloween. Existing orders should be quite a bit sooner.
