What MF rate is everyone getting?

It will be nice for members to have a thread with MF rates being offered. It is quite shady of BMW to not publish the full range.

Negotiating a great price and negotiating interest rate based on personal credit are two entirely different animals. They deserve their own threads.

Not everyone's credit is the same so, try to add some color there as you feel comfortable so people here with various situations know what to expect and use in their lease calculators.

MF

Base MF is .00177. However, most dealerships charge .00217.

should always be demanding base or walk... its just additional markup for them beyond holdback. They start there as most customers have no idea how a lease even works and just negotiate the payment (or worse, just pay the initial quote)

I like the idea of a continuous thread to monitor the MF considering the BMW has now blocked this from being formally shared out as it used to be on the lease rate threads

charging an implied 5% interest rate is crazy.

I've found that unless the residual is super super artificially high it's a lot of times worth it to just finance and sell the car if you can get like 2-3% at a credit union. and you won't have any specific end dates.

Is the MSD program back in CA? Or did you already have a lease with MSD and just transferred to the new car?

Isn't that less than April, which was 0.0177 or so? How does that work when it comes to deals that are locked up with a previous rate? Don't you get to choose which MF is applied?

Yes, and April was less than March. Programs always improve after a model isn't "brand new" anymore.

As long as you take delivery within 60 days of when your credit was initially run, those original rates can still apply to your lease. If the programs improve in the month you take delivery, you get those rates. You have to choose the entire program though, you can't cherry pick attributes from a specific month to mix and match.
