Yes , exactly right . This will
Be our third rebate check now. 3x$500. =$1,500. We have paid a bit over $500 and received $1,500. Thanks BMWCCA & BMWUSA. Everyone should join , and the BMWUSA Dealers should encourage all their Customers to join. The SA’s should promote It as part of their Sales Close . To me , it’s a no Brainer. Especially now, if you join as as New member and join for Three Years , you Can can get the sales or lease rebate check Once you pick up your new BMW or CPO . Previously, you had to be a member for one Year. Plus, the great Roundel Magazine, your Local club newsletter & the many local and National discounts. Join join join BMWCCA ! |

The corporate sales rebate is after you negotiate the price, which can be at invoice or higher/lower depending on what you and the CA comes up with. It’s really good for May right now - 2750 for lease and 4400 if purchasing. The only downfall is you can’t combine it with anything. With some negotiations and using the rebate you should be able to get around 12% off lease and 14% for financing. Buying the car looks really appetizing at the moment.

If so, what are best ways to approach with the dealer in negotiating? Do you wait to tell them about the CS rebate until youve finalized a sale price? |

Rebates/incentives don't hurt dealer profit, so I wouldn't think you would need to hide this until after negotiating selling price. |

Yes they call it a rebate but really they just take it off the price of the car. The dealer should not be losing any money as it is from the manufacturer I believe. I negotiated the price first and then brought out the CS discount. The dealership was willing to go around 7% off MSRP and then the CS program got it to around 13% pretax. But you cannot combine it with anything so, as others have said, it might not be the best deal out there. I’m a first time buyer so definitely better then nothing.
