Same here, I had a Jet Black E92 with Saddle Brown . My first Bimmer... such an elegant combo, miss that car. And I'm with you on the 2 tone dash, it looks alot better when the lower part is black. The material used there isn't that great, and black seems to hide it the best. It also makes your interior color pop alot more, with a better contrast and flow. Irregardless I still specced Cognac on my new car, love the color. After 3 years with a black interior on my M4 needed a little change.

+1 One of my favorite interior colors is Saddle Brown I had in my E90.

I also loved the saddle brown on my first bmw E90. Wish it was still that same shade. Regardless I'm getting my alpine white with cognac tomorrow!

Congrats man. Post some pics. Cognac still looks good. Crazy how a 45k plus car doesn't have leather/ PDC as standard features.

I was going to go with cognac but my wife vetoed it as she felt it wouldn't match well with the exterior color (Portimao Blue). I went with Mocha and I couldn't be happier.

LOL.. our wives must have the similar taste... (Portimao blue\congac)! Pictures don't do it justice, it matches pretty well in person, at least to my eyes..

I do secretly wish I had went with Mocha and a silver\gray exterior.... other than that great car!! Congrats! Can you post some pics? I'm interested to see how mocha looks with blue.

I picked up my Dravit Grey with Mocha yesterday. Great combination and unique exterior color. I sold my M2 which I miss. M340 has great tech and can keep up with the M2 in speed. The M2 bests the M340 in exterior style but I love the comfort and interior of the M340.

I own a Tanzanite (I) with Cognac F31 and everybody loves the combination. I would not hesitate a second to order it again this way, only the Tanzanite is a pain to keep clean.

Considering Mineral gray/mocha. 330 ix Msport

Does the Mocha interior leave the bottom of the dash black or pickup the seat color like cognac does?

Helping a friend spec a car and he always goes back/black..trying to get him to think outside the box.

According to the configurator, the dash remains black with mocha.
