Style 795M Ferric Grey 20inch Forged
I just picked up the 795m today from Chris Heck at Sterling BMW. Waiting on my tires to arrive and hoping to get everything installed Saturday. Will post pics since I am also slighly increasing tire size.
I will have my complete set of 18s, wheels, tires, caps and TPMS ready to sell soon after this wend. These are the 18x7.5 et 25 all around, wheel is style 780. 225/45-18 Bridgestone Turanza tires. I cant tell if they are RFTs because I dont see any sign they are and my car came with a spare so maybe not. Only 3,500 miles on them. Have no idea what to ask for these but was thinking $1000 is a really fair price, plus shipping. SOLD, NO LONGER AVAILABLE Last edited by pkancel; 09-11-2019 at 02:05 AM.. |

I did a write up somewhere on here.... I didnt have 19s before, I had the 18s but I also went from 18 Run Flats to 20 non runflats. Between those, yes a difference but not enormous. With that said, I also live in So Cal, Orange Country and our roads are exceptionally good here. I had to drive up to LA recently and maneuvered around pot holes and rough roads because it was pretty bumpy.
Meaning, I wouldnt recommend for anyone that has rough, patchy streets. May not take long to damage one of these. If you look at the difference in sidewall between an 18 on these cars and my 20s, you can see a big reduction. With our other BMW, that wasnt as much of an issue. This cars suspension is improved overall, better handling, etc but its firmer so its not as absorbing as our F30 Msport that my wife drives. |

I have 20” wheels on my F80 M3 Comp and live in LA. Our roads suck so the ride is a bit rough, and you have to dodge potholes. Hit one of those and you are toast. I had 21” wheels on my GT-R but eventually want back to 20”. If your roads aren’t perfect it’s a bit of a gamble with tires that have such a low profile.
