This was one entertaining thread to read. Thumbs up for the guy with homes on both coasts. Also thumbs up for the guy pissing that other guy off. Screw the lease deals, post up your bank account statements! This is coming from the broke ass guy sitting on some plastics seats, imagining the luxurious lives you guys are living.

I've had more new BMW's than you have fingers AND toes, and I can afford anything at all I want to buy.

Timing with these deals is everything. You need to be patient. You can't be the first person on your block with the newest, latest, greatest.

I just turned in a 2017 M3 off lease. That car had an msrp of 82K. My monthly lease, no money down, was $691.

Wait until the money factor is close to zero. Wait until the rebates are plentiful. Make sure you qualify for as many of them as possible. Take advantage of multiple security deposits. Develop a long term relationship with a solid dealership. Send them business. Be loyal. Wait until it is year end, month end, presidents day, the 4th of July. Dealers get givebacks from corporate for numbers of cars sold. If your car puts them over the next threshold.... they will give it away to make an extra 500 bucks on each of the other 150 cars they sold that month.

Trust me, BMW (corporate) knows who their long term customers are and they take care of them. Do you have a personal client adviser that has known you and helped you for years in New Jersey (USA headquarters)?

Have you been invited to their M driving school in South Carolina? Have you been invited to tour the plant there?

You have no loyalty. You bounce around. Dealer to dealer. They see guys like you coming. Dealers only have so many real 'deals". They are saved for customers. You are a fish. No deals for guys fishing. Today a BMW, tomorrow a Lexus. You save money on your cars by sitting on plastic. The plastic seats are great until it gets hot in the summer and you sweat through your underwear.

Laugh jackass, and pay through the nose for the car you drive.

Man you are the most sensitive person on the planet. You completely misunderstood him. Why you have to be such a cupcake lol. Grow up. Feel sorry for people around you.

The only reason you laugh at the good deals you see being posted is because you are too ignorant to know how to get one.

I'll bet you skipped the adaptive suspension too, lol

Cheers!

Did you order it or on the lot? I want to get one after my 2019 lease is up 10/21 no money down and so need the M sport package. My SA is on this forum but when I ordered my X5 I literally got no discounts maybe 3k with a $1300 monthly payment 12k miles a year. Nice X5 but paying out the rear.

Ordered mine 2nd week of Feb. Sent my build to all Chicagoland dealers and worked with the best offers from there. Made sure they had allocation to meet my lease return timeframe and was lucky to collect it April 1.

What the heck am I doing with my life. I’ll have to look at the price sheet the dealership in VA gave me but it was something like the only way to get down to $560 a month would be $8k down. This is for a 2021 m340i xDrive with Executive Package, Driving Assistance Package, Harman Kardon surround sound, park distance control, remote engine start, in Portimao blue metallic with the jet black rims (19”) with as rft. I feel like I haven’t negotiated enough lol. I haven’t taken delivery yet either (still ready for transport.)

As long as the numbers are the same haha. And he agreed! Tried to shop it around and no other dealerships would touch it or believe I was getting that deal.

Agreed to today, signing and taking delivery Saturday morning.

Satisfied with this deal a little salty that a 1 month after I placed my order dealers started giving 10.5-11% off orders could of saved about $40 a month on my payments but it is what it is.
