It does mean that on average, but in reality what happens in some cars have a few issues offsetting those that have none reported. Each incremental issue and associated dealer visit becomes the dissatisfier.

At least, there is some sign of honesty in finally recognizing and dealing with one of the Model 3 design flaws and a plan to fix...seems to fall into the "better late than never" category. Meanwhile, having to walk back down the road to pick up a rear fascia does count as an "issue".

It's the litmus test for the brand. Can BMW M sustain a new model which discards the ethos of the BMW M brand? By driving high performance through electricity?
The litmus test for BMW as a whole (not just the M sub brand) is if they can really bring an electric car as a compelling product to market that can rival Tesla.
None of the other auto makers have succeeded so far.
All of them are either missing driving range or size of car or charging networks.
BMW i4 and iNext are promising for both sizes and driving ranhges but what about the charging networks?
Tesla have their so far superior supercharger network. Can BMW compete by offering Ionity access in Europe? Not yet, the network is too far behind and too small...

No one doubts that BMW will build a better car if looking only at the car itself. Teslas are horrible in that respect. I had one for three years.
But for electric mobility, it's not only about the car, it's a mobility solution that needs to be there. This means good high speed charging access. This and either range or size is where most others have failed so far.

Unfortunately for Geely both the Polestar 2 and the Volvo xc40 recharge are getting very low 200's at best

The Genman's biggest issue is Tesla has a complete charging network that no other manufacturer can even begin to touch

Sure, but in Europe it is not tha big of a issue. Also at the beginning of ev's, now, most who buys them have charging option at home.

In future when ev's gets more popular market will handle the charging stations.

Good lord, give it a rest, my man. You don't have to win every online argument and engage with every single comment. Same goes for your counterpart. Agree to disagree.
