production of new cars in general is down due to supply chain and workforce restrictions, so there's not as much of a need to inflate the residuals in order to gain sales.

The Coupé has always been 1% less than the sedan across the board. So not only do you get an ugly car, you pay more for the privilege!

The design of the front end is incentive enough to stay away.

Can anybody post their M440 prices? I see people who have taken delivery but not much about cost.

Guys what do you think of this deal

2021 m440i

MSRP is 70,200

The car is fully optioned out except for the driving package (the adaptive cruise control stuff)

Has premium package, exec package, shadowtrim, its the more expsenive grey color, etc etc

Anyways, im looking to finance through bmw. The dealer gave me a final sale price of 62k for the car (down from 70k). I'm feeling pretty good about ~10% off msrp on a 2021 car. What do you guys think?

What incentives do you qualify for?

Seems like a decent deal on a brand new car

Where are you located? I looked at the same spec but with tanzanite blue and I'm trying to get an idea of where to start with negotiations. They actually ordered the car because they feel they could sell it quickly even if I don't buy.

Hey, so i have owned BMW for the past 15 years and have always bought from my local dealer and felt i was getting a good price....a buddy of mine recently used a broker (was his old CA but now started his own broker business) so i contacted him to he's offering me 10.4% off for an m440 (for my son) but ive never used brokers so im a little iffy about it.
1. is it a good deal?
2. should i trust a broker?

Sounds like a solid deal, but never used a broker before myself either.

Quote I got :

8.5% off MSRP
-$500 USAA incentive
-$500 loyalty
-$1,000 something else I forget.

Seems like a pretty solid deal to me. Could maybe go shop around and play the game for 1-2% more but probably more hassle than it'll be worth at the moment.

edit - final deal I'm going with :

9.5% off MSRP
$2000 incentive
$500 loyalty

15% is way more than most are getting (8%-10%).

Aside from that not sure I’ve never leased so don’t know how to evaluate the residual and whatnot.
