Looks good.

Just a shame it's not a real red.

Toronto Orange, I'm sorry as they call it Toronto red is much more orange than red.

Tough to tell from the photos and the lighting if that's actually the color, but you get my point.

Looks great.

I'm afraid to see the front though.

I was expecting to see a fully funcional diffuser on this gen M3,based on the fact that one of the competitor has this.

Save money and limit top speed is just lazy at this point, sorry BMW but you can do better

The black plastic on the outer edges/on the side skirts looks SO cheap. I'm assuming they did this so they can charge people to get the M Performance parts, which I'm sure will be CF....

I don’t get all of the fussiness about the front. It’s not like this is new to BMW.

Yikes...

This does NOT look good. Idk if its the angle, body color, or color matched diffuser, but it's not looking like a $90K vehicle to me right off the bat.

Will await better images to fully decide.

This is what happens when you team up with Toyota on a project and then you come home with too much influences on body style and look.

CF roof will be an option but I’m sure you can get it without. The spoiler is very understated. The rear valence is diff and the way it cuts around the exhaust tips reminds me of the E46. Overall, I love it. Flared fenders on the same level of the F80 perhaps?
An option on the M3 no way? Default and can be replaced by sunroof yes but not optional?

Yes, could even be reddish tape, but definitely not finished IMO.

Can't wait for this car.

You’re arguing semantics. It’s a no cost option currently for a sunroof. This is clearly optioned with a sunroof as we know the roof will be CF on the G80.

If this really is a G80 (and at this point, it appears that it likely is), then the paint is Toronto Red.

Well, technically, it could be any color red since there is no rule stating that every single pre-production vehicle is painted in a color that will be available for sale. But if this is a production color (which would make the most sense), it is Toronto Red.

You can find Toronto Red on the X3 M and X4 M if you want to see more pictures of it.

Looks like a Competition model.
Polka dots on a diffusor?
Someone said it reminds of an E46 M3 rear?
I see where you're coming from.. but No.

I could copy the posts from E9X forum about the F80 and paste them verbatim here. History repeats itself.

You say CF roof will be an option, and
that you can get it without it.

It will be standard and you can get it without it.

There is quite a difference and it not being standard would be a big deviation from past M3s.
