I would wait until closer of the end of the month and see if they'll give you the selling price you want.
I am thinking that's what I should do the MF in NH is 0.00165, it's just unclear if people are getting 10% off including incentives.

No. I got 10% off BEFORE incentives, as other forum goers have here.

I don't have the final deal sheet because I only ordered the vehicle with my sales manager, but I have the lease sheet supporting the agreed upon sales price. If you want to see that I can send it to you in a PM.

If you wouldn't mind that would be great. I haven't taken delivery yet and always looking to try and improve my deal.

Can you PM your lease sheet as well?

10% before incentive on an ordered vehicle? That's pretty darn good. I'd be interested to see the sheet as well.

Is everyone here leasing the car? I might be the only one buying not leasing since I plan to keep the car 6-7 years.

I got 10% discount before rebates/incentives at a central NJ dealership on an order m340i, which MSRP is 63,720. I have loyalty and an OL code, so total incentives is $3750.

With 0 down, 7 MSD and $1935 due at signing ( first month + dealer fees + registration), I got $620 monthly payment for a 36 months 12k per year lease. Tax rate is 6.625 in NJ.

There is an $8 per month difference between my calculations on leasehacker.com and my CA, it seems how they calculated tax is different. Anyway, I think this is a pretty good deal.

Order was placed on 5/8 and in transit to port now.

Does BMW ever update incentives around a holiday? Current incentives started on May 1 and expire on June 2. Might they increase them a little to try to push volume over the Memorial Day weekend? Or are we still looking at June for an incentive update?

I don't think BMW is a brand that does those specific holiday weekend sales.

I thought you couldn't use OL codes on custom/ordered builds. Only on the lot vehicles at the dealer. At least that's what my CA told me, when I wanted to use an OL code for my build.

My ca said no problem but only 500. I have concerns if my build could arrive on time before the code expires.

It seems custom build can be marked as in stock when it arrives if they want to in order to apply the code.

Makes sense, thanks for the clarification.

I’m also in Houston. Can you let me know the dealerships you’re working with? Also trying to get 10% and similar deal to yours.

The deal I'm about to pull the trigger on is as follows:

Vehicle Price $59,045.00
Savings - $5,904.50
Rebate - $2,000
Purchase Price $51,140.50 + TTL

10% off plus loyalty and .00177 MF

Eta: just waiting to see if local dealer will match before pulling the trigger
