Audiobooks on Spotify

Do Audiobooks work for anyone using the built-in Spotify client?

Mine lists the books available, but won't actually play them.

No they dont.

Although bizzarely if you start an audiobook using spotify via carplay, then switch to the built in client - it will start playing correctly - however will not save progress.

mine doesn't work for audiobooks too - podcasts are Ok
