How do I turn off sailing in comfort mode?
I found 4 lines of code on the forum:
DKOMBI4, Anzeige_Configuration> 10Seglen_In_Comfort_Modus, Change to active
HG_MGU, Global_Conf_Sailing, Change to active.
Eff_Dyn_Sailing, Change to active.
Sailing_Counter, Change to active

Unfortunately, I have all (!) not active and sailing works in comfort and eco pro mode.
I would also like to have a checkbox in the ecopro settings to disable sailing.

Put all on Active. Global_Conf_Sailing active will let you disable coasting.
Go to Vehicle Settings and searh for a menu with an item named 'coasting'
In my id6 this menu is om vehicle settings->engine->coasting
Remember that you must disable checkbox con every ride (i could not found a way to persiste between rides)

I have ID7... is it strange that you have to turn it off every time? What you are talking about only applies to comfort mode or ecopro?

in my case, if i uncheck sailing, it wont coast in any mode
