Instrument cluster

Hi mates!

I have on my g20 Professional Cockpit and it shows miles and kilometers

I've checked the Settings – Car – Displays – Instrument cluster
there is a checkbox with an option to disable it but it is "gray"
I don't have a possibility to uncheck it

Does someone know how to turn off this annoying converted speed?
