Yes I was very pleasantly surprised - and that rate is consistent across three local shops that are often mentioned here on the forums

Waiting on first articles to come back to be test fit. We are about 20 days in on that waiting and its normally a 45-60 day turn for those first ones. Assuming they are good its another 60 day turn for production parts so you are looking at at least another 2 months and change. However you need to also take into account the variable of 2020 where "normal" doesn't exist so...

The Tampa dealer here that has a "motorsports" division must be a JV squad. They quoted me 6 hrs labor and then said it took them 10 hrs. Def not impressed for my first and now probably my last visit there.

The Dinan springs are amazing for this pricepoint! It feels like the M inspired car that it should be.
It's hard to distinguish the difference in springs alone as I had new wheels and tires done at the same time. The bodyroll and turn-in is significantly better. The steering feel is greatly improved (maybe more from the PS4S). They are still settling, but the ride height and stiffness for me is perfect. I do still need to use the car for normal things. They are firm enough to handle, but not too much to give you poor ride quality. It still feels comfortable on the road when you need it to. Last edited by BayM340i; 11-22-2020 at 05:20 PM.. |
