SLI working with Navi Data

I don't have this code in my KAFAS4, instead, I have a "SLI MODE" Under "3005 SLI_NPI_CODING", description as below. However, if I change it to "00" which is camera only, My SLI display will turn to three dash "---". (When it was 01 "fusion mode", there is a white background behind the ---, and can pick up the speed limit sometimes, like 1% of the trip).

So the kafas can detect speed limit signs just not all the time?
If fusion is the only option that work leave it at that.
