Looks like mine has processed through VDC and is on its way to the dealer. I was hoping it would arrive on Saturday, so I could pick up today. Thinking it should be at the dealer tomorrow.

My Z4 has been "at port" in Bremerhaven since 7/6 and similarly, no assignment to a ship yet. Argh.

Definitely a little but frustrating. The build process/ tracking is a cool little experience that goes by quickly. Then its a waiting game to get shipped.

Totally understandable everything is backed up due to Covid.

The Glovis Cardinal arrived at Port in Galveston on July 27 and spent 10 hours there before departing to Brunswick. Hopefully I could get the car by the end of the week, since it was offloaded in Galveston. The dealer is about 5 hours away from port.

First post. Wanted to share my production status. Car is made in Germany. Glad to be back in a BMW soon. I really liked my gone but not forgotten 2012 335i. But I was amazed by the M340i when I did a test drive. Can't wait for it to get on a boat to the US. Cheers.

I placed the order and got the production number early-mid June. I don't remember 100% but production itself then started around 1st week of July.

Ohh ok,I had place a 2020 order with bimmer david back in mid May and out of no where he stopped communicating with me in late June. So I placed a order for a 2021 with someone else on July 15th, I haven’t received a production number yet. I’ve been emailing my CA a lot and I don’t want to be like that annoying kid that’s on a road trip and every few minutes asking are we there yet 😅😅 but Friday I have to return my lease and I won’t have car until I take delivery so I’m trying to estimate how long it’s going to be given the covid situation. My allocation was from Mexico so idk if that speeds the process a bit or not

Mexico build should speed things up. Hope you get yours quick. On the plus side you'll get a model year newer now. Can't you do a lease extension for a few months?

I got a c43 so I lied to mbfs and told them I’m waiting for incentives (they don’t allow you extend your lease if your not staying with the brand), my lease ended last month I can keep the until August 31 but I had the car for 4 years so it’s out warranty and prepaid maintenance expired, service is almost due, my tires and breaks need to be replaced soon. I’m return the lease before I get caught having to pay it to be serviced along with there disposition fee.

I'm confirmed build week 37 w/production number at the Munich plant. Heard the Munich plant is offline for the month of August as they prepare for i4... Not sure if that's the same plant as the 3 series. I *think* it is because the 4 series and 3 series are made in the same plant? Anyways. Hope it hurries.

Just saw the 2021 configurator online, and now you can order blackline so I made that change to my order.

They told me the Liberty. It looks like it will be at the port of NJ on 08/13. Im doing some port installed parts so im hoping ill have it by 08/20.

I just sold my car.. so the sooner the better! haha

Just checked and it looks like Liberty arrives in NJ on 8/10.
