Press and hold the volume button until iDrive reboots. I have had this a couple of times on my G12, and sicovered the fix by trial and error.

Well, I had it the other day, the radio, the sound was off. It took me all morning to find out but still nothing. and ended up having to make an appointment with the company to fix it, i'm thinking about the possibility of using the emisorasderadioonline online radio

Old thread I realize, but it fixed my issue. Thank you!
Fyi, for others having this issue, you start the procedure with the vehicle powered down, then 2 second press "vol" to completely power off. Then press and hold "vol" for a long time. There was really no indication that anything reset. I believe I have iDrive 7. |
