Potential problem with back wheels

Whenever I'm driving, my back wheels always go forward.

Is this something I should be worried about?

(Sorry - the lack of getting out is slowly getting to me )

So today I had to reverse out of the garage. I'm now very worried because my front wheels went backwards! Is this what X-Drive was designed for?

Also, my tyres have a rotational arrow on them that went wrong way. Should I let my insurer know my car has been potentially modified? And without my prior knowledge or permission.

It's eating me up people.

Not a happy bunny...
