My car got into the Brunswick port on 12/7. It had an ETA to the dealer of 12/13 but it’s still sitting at the VPC. I called the Genius line this morning but they have no idea why it didn’t get on a truck yet. I asked them if it was still there due to shipping damage that needed to be repaired but they claimed there was nothing saying that in the file. So I’m wondering if anyone else is also stuck there waiting for a truck. Mine is heading to dealer in Knoxville, TN but I’m closer to Nashville.
