Brand New 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness Gets Treated with XPEL PPF

An XPEL install center in Austin, TX, recently treated this 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness edition with a full-front ULTIMATE PLUS PPF. The client also requested to wrap the interior with ppf plus the door handles and door cups.
The Wilderness package offers water-repellent interior, higher ground clearance, a suspension package, Yokohama all-terrain tires, and a roof rack. Very cool wagon.

Maybe it holds a certain amount of sentimental value (or resell value lol).

Not much to wrap on the front end with all the black plastic. Whoever was responsible for those plastic fender extensions should be banned from working in automotive design. The car is a mess when viewed from a front angle with the ugly fender plastic and front end plastic extending to the headlight.

The unpainted textured plastic trim on the Subaru is cheaper to manufacture\maintain and IMO looks terrible. I agree on the designers of this thing.

I thought it was a new M3/4 when I saw the fender gap. JUST KIDDING=) That is not a good looking vehicle. I feel wrapping the whole car will help resale value. That goes for any Make or Model

Was that a joke? You're obviously out of touch with the cost of this vehicle.

They cost about $40k new and tbh they are a good deal with what you get. The eyesight driving, pre collision, adaptive cruise, Harmon speakers, etc all included. With bmw you are spending $70k plus.

So I do think outback’s are a good deal for the price tag.

Aint gotta tell me… my mom and sister both have one. Just the premium model though. Great vehicles but pretty ugly. I like the Forester better.

Cars like these. One often wonders where they end up years later.
