I personally don’t understand it that way.
Flasch just said that the leaked red car is a pre production M3, which means the final production model will be different. It won’t have the ugly black pastic thing at the rear bumper. 2nd thing I’m sure the big controversial grill won’t be equiping the next M3 model as the logical would like to match the current 3 Series market model |

My first thought too but I doubt they will be changing anything sadly.

I did a 2 year lease on an M3 CS in April, 2019, because despite recent info to the contrary, an early 2021 release was what we were told a year ago. This works well for me, although the suspense is killing me.

The lack of a quote from BMW is the best part of that poor journalism. Why would the time frame of the release ever affect the front end design that's been confirmed by the spy shots on the Ring or the leaks? I mean FFS the test mule on the Ring has M4 headlights and all so how could the front end be a 3er front?
The writer pulled the M3 grille comment completely out of their ass probably just for click bait.

I can feel the value of my 2015 M3 go up! I wasn't planning on replacing my car until 2022, so I like the delay! That's a long time of no M3 production.

Yawn. New M is not getting that grill. Never happening. Theres no placement for license plates and there's no reason for it.
Intercoller isnt even air to air. Stop thinking concepts are production vehicles. |

Yep. We haven't seen a gap like that since, well, since the last time.

There's very, very obvious proof of this design... unless BMW is pulling a sneaky on us, and, as we all know, they very rarely can hide anything from us.
