You are lucky. I also ordered on March 15, the allocation was already in 112-scheduled for production when I ordered. It was scheduled for Week 15, then 18-19-23 and then it went back to ordered received-105 two weeks ago and then 112 back again, scheduled for week 25.

Seems like there are a lot of us slated for week 23 (other than clifftr, unfortunately). I'm not holding my breath though.

I *did* notice that the Hands Free Liftgate Delete is no longer listed in my build sheet. Probably doesn't mean anything either way, but crossing fingers!

Are you ordering from US? If so you can log into mybmw.com and add your production number or vin to track.

I just checked and also can not see deletion of hands free tailgate anymore. Hope it is a good sign.

Hey Folks, this is the spec of my M440i GC, ordered everything except Ventilated seats and cooling tires option.
I ordered a 2022 model, but my SA said it might be the 2023 one that I will get, and also said that I might get an allocation by the start of next month. My dealer is in Baltimore.
Order Placed: 05-19-2022.

Some of the points that I understood from the forum:
1. All M440i GC's get built in Germany and not in the new Mexico plant.
2. A realistic timeline to expect is by 09-01-2022, September of this year, or is that too hopeful?
3. My dealer said that I will get the 2023 model, does that mean, 4 series gets idrive-8, I doubt this but still want confirmation.

I don't think 2023 will get idrive8 since m440 GC just came out. 2023 bmw 8 still has idrive 7. Maybe in 2024.

All GCs are built in Munich factory.

I ordered in mid March like many others here, my car still hasn't gone into production yet. My production week is now week 25., from 15 originally.

Week 26 is the latest production week for the model year 2022. Are you in order received stage?
