330e Touring delivery times

Seriously considering a BMW 330e Touring M sport. Does anyone have any experience regarding build and delivery times for the UK.

I'm not sure what the delivery times are, however there are 25 showing on the BMW site that are immediately available. All depends on what spec you want as well.

I ordered mine on the 6th November, and according to the genius it’s due in the country W/c 14th December... I was pretty shocked and pleased as the dealership suggested mid-late January...

Mine was ordered back in October and isn't due until mid Feb.

Apparently the combination of xdrive, touring, and Tanzanite all conspire to slow things down.

Thanks to everyone for the advice and experience. The background to this story is my wife was due a new company car and ordered a new BMW X3 30e this year on 12/02/20 through Lex Autolease The car was delivered into the UK around 15/10/20. It's being held by BMW with no updates or estimated release. We have had further info from BMW, Lex or the dealer BMW Park Lane. We are considering other options. We had 330e on test before ordering and loved it. But the 330e Touring release was to far off. This will be our 3rd BMW and this experience is leaving us totally exasperated. The car was ordered nearly a year ago. BMW are letting themselves down dramatically the way they are handling the Battery issue with these hybrid models.

Volvo do some lovely hybrids - and the new T6 is a bit lower powered and less expensive than the T8 so might be more attractive? V60 is probably a better load lugger than a 330e if you need space too. Or XC60 if you really wanted a SUV...

I ordered the 330e Touring Msport in Portimao Blue non X Drive, with tech pack, comfort plus pack, elec tow bar

and I was expecting the early Christmas present too but that's been delayed. I've checked with the BMW genius chat and they confirmed it hasn't gone into production yet.

enjoy your toy when you get it!

Not in the UK: I ordered mine (Touring, xDrive, M-Sport, Tanzanite blue, build-to-order) around mid-October. The car was produced in week 45 (Nov 2-8), and I'll receive it tomorrow Dec. 9th. So roughly 45-50 days from order to delivery.

Odd...

I went tech plus pack, comfort plus and sun protection glass...

Would suggest main difference in yours is the towbar - wonder if that’s adding the delay..........

the exact wording for the delay is "From 2020-12-23 to 2021-01-25-3rd party convertor parts delays"

so im not exactly sure.
