Connected App Shows 07/2020 update notes but no upgrade available in car / app?
When signed in online I see I'm available and I even see the notes for 07/2020 but my car doesn't have available option for update via app or car. Still on 07/2019.
Any ideas? |

Same here with a 2020 M340i. Still on 07/2019 and it's says searching for upgrades in idrive, and no update available in connecteddrive app.
Took it to the dealer and they said they wanted $200 to update the software, and I declined. Might take some time before it rolls out OTA in the US? |

You guys are not alone. We're the unlucky few who haven't gotten any OTA updates yet whereas there are many others, even in NA, with older and newer cars who have gotten OTA updates. And there's no way to download it unless the car/app prompts us to. Or if the dealer is nice enough to do it, which is rare.

Will the dealer upgrade to latest I-Step during annually scheduled maintenance?
