Hello everyone,
I purchased a grill from CarbonCarz two weeks ago and have sent them an email and messages asking if there was an update on my order. Ever since I purchased the grill no one has replied. Looking to see if anyone has ordered from them before and can shed some credibility. |

They respond to instagram pretty quick. Someone else called them out for bad quality stuff but they said he was lying.. who knows.. All in all this company seems a little worrisome. I wanted to order that carbon grill but figured I'd let a few others go first lol. Hopefully it works out for you. I have heard of them taking 3-4 weeks to ship/arrive.

sounds like they do not stock the product. When I buy car parts I like to ask do you stock or drop ship? If you drop ship how long does that take? Is the product in stock now and can you verify that? Otherwise once they have your money a bad company will take forever

A lot of companies just buy in bulk from aliexpress and sell it as their own product!

So they finally messaged me back saying there were quality issues with the grills. They stated that they would give me a refund if I want or I could wait and they could send me pictures once the new ones arrive. I'm waiting for now until I see some updated pictures to gauge the quality. If it's bad quality I'm just going to go with the OEM black diamond grill.
