Arrow Best All Season Squared Setup for 335i xDrive in Pittsburgh Climate

So, I have seen threads kind of address some of what I'm talking about, but I haven't found any that truly addressed my question.

Car:
2014 335i xDrive - Base

Situation:
  1. Previous staggered 20" M6 replicas cracked and dented (salvage? sell?)
  2. Running on base wheels that need new tires ASAP
  3. Hate the "Base" wheels
  4. This is my DD and only car
  5. Pittsburgh gets significant snow and has lots of potholes year round
Wants:
  1. A year round All-season setup of both wheels and tires
  2. Square setup to easily rotate set and reduce maintenance
  3. Widest tire and largest wheel radius to look good
  4. Reasonably low acceptable risk
  5. Wheels that are eye catching, but don't look too young for me
  6. Good value and reliability > cost & performance

Considering:
  1. 18" wheel package from Tire Rack with OEM All-Season 225/45/18 tire setup
  2. 18" wheel package with all 4 tires wider all around (235 or even 245 for all 4)
  3. 19" wheel package with with width of 225 (or wider) and 40/19 squared around.

I've seen some pretty cool setups on this site such as a 235/40/19 package.

Due to my experiences with popped tires mainly from nails (construction is everywhere here and most of my driving is city), I'm leaning toward the safest and boring setup of 18" wheels with 225/45/18 all around, but would love to push it just a little bit to some cool looking 18s on TireRack, potentially Enkei Rajin (https://enkei.com/shop/wheels/tuning/raijin/), or a bump up to 19s.

Constructive advice is much appreciated.

Thanks!

I've had those before, but I'm asking for everything EXCEPT tire brand.

I'm looking to buy a new wheel package with squared tires year round.

Right now I'm leaning toward the Enkei Raijin 18" (TireRack) with 225/45/18 tires.

I'm considering wider tires (245/40/18 that I saw someone use), also to potentially help protect the wheels
