I'm new to the site

and would like to give a big HI!!
I'm wondering if you could give me some direction on what this could be?
I have a 2008 120i e88 n43.
I have the following codes 2af4 2af2 2af6, I can reset them and they aren't a problem till I run the car for 35 miles then the check light comes on.
