Profile lost in MyBMW
Anybody experience his profile lost in MyBMW app?
Tried several times to add my car in the app but it keeps saying my car is already added, but it doesn't show up.... |

Happened to me once. Log on to the Connected Drive web portal from a PC or Laptop and delete your car from your account. Then log out.
Wait till you get the email from BMW to confirm that it has been removed. Then delete the MyBMW App. Delete the cookies from your default browser on your phone. Then reinstall the App and add your car back into your account by the normal VIN entry /security code method. Your car will then appear back in the App and if you log back into the web portal it will be there as well |
