2023 330i Intake (2021 vs 2023)

After reading multiple posts I decided between Dinan and MST. Ordered Dinan and it arrived with the MAF sensor port not cut out. Never finished installing and needed to be returned. Then messaged MST to ensure compatibility and received the attached picture saying they don’t fit 2022 and 2023? I see multiple online companies selling both these intakes listed for 2019+

Anyone with a 2023 330i with an intake that can chime in?

No CAI installed on a 23? What changed from 2021 to 2023 that MST is referring to?
