Congrats man looking goood!

How easy did the m340i exhaust tips fit on there? any cutting/welding?

Did you know in advance you had the right engine version to get the 400+hp tune? Or is it all EU models?

No cutting, just plug&play with the oem parts, you need the inner pannel, tips and the 340 diffuser, the tips are not connected to the exhaust on a 340i, fake tips ;-)
On your car id stays B48B20B than its the good engine for this tune not the B48B20A

It feels like there's a lot more room under the front fenders for a lower offset wheel to get more concave out of it.

Man your ride is sexxxxyyy!!!

Question 1: which HR springs did you get? I asked HR but they don't have any for 330e and it's extra weight yet? Since it's 50kg more or less extra than a 330i.. i NEED to lower my 330e too.

Question 2: I'm soooo tempted to tune mine as well but also so unsure about the massive torque these tunes add, also BSR.se has same Numbers.

What transmission do we have and what is Max torque it'll handla? ZF8HP version 3.

https://www.zf.com/products/en/cars/products_34944.html

Think it's this, the ZF plugin version that delgivets 250nm torque and 113hp, but HOW MUCH can it actually handle? 700nm is quite a big number.. what do you think?

Idd there are no H&R springs for the 330e, but I use the H&R28662-2 springs from the 330d. Cars stays and runs perfect.

The ZF8HP can handle to 700nm but my friend Peter from Pureturbo has more experience in t and says it can handle lot more with no issues. It's the same gearbox as he 140i, 760LI etc...

Just curious, with all the money you've put into it, why not just get a M340?

I didn't spend much money, inner diffuser and tips 290€, frontgrill and decal its a gift from my dealer ;-), brakes painted red
Here in Belgium the price difference is around the 15000€ and we don't have to pay any taxes on the 330e and on a 340i a lot.
The boost from 0 to.. is huge ,you don't get that at a 340i, 330e with tune is faster.

Ah I got you, makes sense. No way a tune is gonna make it faster than a 340 though. 340's are consistently testing at 3.8 to 60. I can't see a tune cutting a second and a half off your time.

Okay thanks for the tip! I'll look into those springs if there wont be anything yet specifically available for 330e until spring. Winter here in Sweden now anyway so I can wait..

Thanks for the info!

Yeah I guess/hope you are right. What's the worst that can happen cost wise? Ofc will always have to wait for oil to warm up properly, no launch controls etc. Also I'm not a lunatic and most of my driving is probably electric..

Do you have a close up of the tips, possibly from behind? Do the exhaust tips portrude a lot?
So just taking of the chrome/black vanity tips should do the trick?

How are the streets where you live? Are you worried about the low profile tires. I want 29's but are worried about the potholes killing my wheels and tires. I run 22 profile on my 7 series and for two years not one issue and in a weeks time ruined one tire and bent the other the following week.
