Got this problem with 2017 430i Grand Coupe:

This issue appears only during the cold start. If so, what is the possible solution as internet is very shy on this code.

I’ve noticed that issue exists only when the outdoor temperature-3-0 celcuius (26.3F). Outdoor temperature lower than this range it’s fine, higher fine also. However within this outdoor temperature range the car starts fine however idles very rough for about 25-30 seconds. The RPM swings between 500-1000 sounding and feeling as if it were about to stall. (One time it actually stalled)

I haven't had a chance to run ISTA yet, however I pulled the code off of my scanner

- no tune
- catback exhaust and high flow (oiled) filters only

Engine Code:
P1496 Cold start idle air control system RPM Implausible.

And some sub codes:
1E0308 idle speed, plausibility, cold start speed implausible
1E0102 engine idle control, cold start: rotation too low

Any help or the advice would be very appreciated!!!!!
